2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must ensure:

  2. The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The item remains unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

Please note: Products from categories like building materials (cement, sand, tiles) and electrical consumables are non-returnable once used or installed, due to their nature and handling limitations.
